On the back please write your home address, cheque guarantee card number, expiry date and issue number (switch/maestro only).
To avoid disappointment, when shopping by an offline method we suggest you ring first to check availability and reserve the items you would like before sending your cheque.
We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving it. Please allow 7 working days for your order to arrive. In the event of any problem or delay in dispatching your order, you will be contacted by e-mail or phone. You will of course be entitled to cancel your order if we are unable to meet your requirements.
Yippeee Christmas! Last posting day will be the 19th December 2008. Get in touch if you live locally and want to pick up your goods.
Overseas, BFPO & Non-Mainland UK Postage is charged at cost. Simply purchase your goods as normal and we will get back to you with the surplus to pay. If you are unhappy with the surplus postage cost we will refund you straight away.
We want you to love our products from Useful and Beautiful. However if you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our decision, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.
Please take care to read the information we provide on the care of our products as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged in the wash. If you are in any doubt please contact us. We have thoroughly road tested all our products and can advise you.
Please note that we are not responsible for return postage or for any items that fail to reach us. When you return goods, please send by recorded or special delivery and retain proof of posting.

The prices on our site are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of European Union Sales Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate (currently 17.5%). If your order is being dispatched outside the European Union (EU) then we will deduct the VAT. Orders sent to outside the EU may attract import duty and local sales taxes which need to be paid upon receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country and local government determines duty and customs charges. We do not have access to this information to supply to overseas customers.
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these terms and conditions, then you should contact us at info@usefulandbeautiful.co.uk before placing an order.
These Terms and Conditions and your use of our web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
A Contract between you the customer and Useful and Beautiful Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched (at which point the buyer’s credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods despatched). This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.
Our data collection and storage is governed by the rules of the Data Protection Act. Our mailing list and email list are for our exclusive use and we will not pass these details on to other companies.
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you cancel the contract before we have despatched your order, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
